Sajani Neeraja, MS
Hailing from the Southwest of Chicagoland and the daughter of Indian immigrants, Sajani Neeraja is a professional committed to the self-determination of marginalized communities.
She is the founder of SN Climate Consulting and earned her Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Integrative Biology.
Since 2012, she has refined her proficiency as a community advocate and water resources scientist and engineer. It is her aim to liberate gatekept technical knowledge and leverage it for the good of the people – first and foremost to those that have contributed the least to the climate crisis while being impacted the most.
Her passions include: climate resilience | natural resource management | water policy | green infrastructure | food security | hydrology & hydraulics | art and music making | the chemistry of baking
